If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a stock item, contact us at 855-532-BOLT(2658) or customerservice@GlaserBolt.com for a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA #). With this authorization you may return it for exchange, replacement, or refund. In some cases (such as if packaging with a lot integrity seal is opened or merchandise is damaged), we reserve the right to not accept customer returns. We offer no return, exchange, replacement or refunds on all custom (non stock) material.
