    Scope

Alloy 20, also known as Carpenter 20, is a specification for hex bolts, studs and nuts manufactured from an iron-base austenitic alloy that offers excellent corrosion resistance for applications operating in hostile environments. The material, which has a high nickel, chromium, molybdenum and copper content, is classified as a super stainless steel, developed for enhanced resistance to acid attack. Alloy 20 bolts and nuts from Glaser and Associates are available in a range of sizes from ¼” to 1 ½”.

These bolts are designed, manufactured and tested to comply with the specification set by Alloy 20 for tensile strength, yield strength, elongation and hardness.
